		<description>I am glad that you are addressing this issue. I joined oDesk in mid-January of this year. I have received 4 contracts so far. I turned down one because I realized that the job was more than I bargained for and I already had another job.

I have already been paid twice and have more money coming. I currently have two employers on oDesk and couldn&#039;t be happier. I am working hard at building my reputation on oDesk.

You do have to worry if you take a fixed price job as oDesk does not guarantee payment for those. If it is an hourly job, payment is guaranteed. 

I strongly urge people to check it out for themselves as there is no cost to join (unlike some others), the tests are free, and all you are wasting is your time.</description>
